Rose Reid is the founder and CEO of Arc Creative, a Brooklyn-based podcast branding + production company.

In 2018, Arc investigated the Philadelphia criminal justice system and conducted 40+ interviews, through the lens of rapper Meek Mill, which evolved into the upcoming Amazon/Tidal docuseries.

Rose was one of the first 30 hires at the award-winning narrative podcast company, Gimlet Media. She has a business and advertising background in digital media, branded entertainment & commercial television production from Ogilvy & Mather. Rose was the lead consultant for SiriusXM’s podcast development.

Rose has hosted, produced, rebranded, and launched a variety of shows: Gimlet’s first weekly show, Sampler; Dean & DeLuca's Prince Street, Women at IBM, The Movember Podcast, & the James Beard award-winning southern food show, Gravy.

She had the privilege of interviewing Mel Brooks with her mother on their musical nostalgia podcast, Details Please. Her work has also appeared on Science Vs, Maeve in America, Burnt Toast, the BBC.

In the spring of 2019, Arc will launch three new shows for: Ernst & Young, LIVELY, and the Coca-Cola Company (in partnership with FRQNCY Media).
